Welcome to Anchorflow ("we," "our," or "us"), operated under the product umbrella of Interlink AI System. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, store, use, and disclose personal data and website content when you visit useanchorflow.com, use our web application, create an account, or integrate our API.

We collect information you provide directly to us, data generated during your usage of our crawler, and technical metrics:
When you sign up, we collect your email address, display name, and securely hashed passwords or authentication tokens provided via Supabase Auth.
When you create a project, our engine crawls public URLs you designate. We extract titles, headings (H1–H6), body paragraphs, outgoing anchor links, and target keywords to compute internal link suggestions.
Payments are processed directly by Stripe Inc. We never store credit card numbers, CVVs, or full payment credentials on our servers. We only retain Stripe customer tokens and plan tiers.
IP addresses, browser client headers, session timestamps, and crawler throughput stats collected automatically to prevent abusive crawling, bot attacks, and denial of service.
3. How We Use Your Data
- Delivering Internal Linking Recommendations: Processing your website cluster, calculating relevance vectors, and generating contextual anchor text suggestions.
- Account Administration: Sending magic login links, security alerts, usage threshold warnings, and subscription renewal notices.

4. AI Architecture & Data Privacy Commitments
Anchorflow leverages state-of-the-art Large Language Models (including Google Gemini Enterprise APIs) to understand semantic context between articles and propose natural anchor placements.
Your crawled content and website text are submitted to AI provider APIs under commercial enterprise terms. Your proprietary site text, draft articles, and keywords are NEVER used to train, retrain, or improve public foundation models. API requests are stateless and discarded once internal link candidates are computed.
5. Legal Grounds for Processing (GDPR Article 6)
If you reside within the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we process your personal information under the following lawful bases:
- Contractual Necessity: To fulfill our obligations under our Terms of Service (providing crawling, suggestions, and account features).
- Legitimate Interests: To safeguard the stability and security of our platform, prevent abuse, and deliver customer support.

7. Data Storage, Security & International Transfers
We implement robust administrative, technical, and physical safeguards:
- All network transmissions are encrypted with industry-standard TLS 1.3 / HTTPS.
- Database storage and backups are encrypted at rest using AES-256.
- Access to production databases is strictly restricted through least-privilege role-based access control (RBAC) and multi-factor authentication.
8. Data Retention & Deletion
We retain your project crawl graphs, keywords, and recommendations for as long as your account remains active.
You can delete any project at any time from your dashboard, which immediately and permanently purges all associated crawled pages, headings, and generated link suggestions from our active databases. If you delete your entire account, all personal data is deleted within 30 days, except records required for tax or accounting audits.
9. Cookies & Local Storage
We do not use invasive third-party cross-site marketing cookies. We only set essential first-party cookies and local storage tokens required for:
- Session authentication and login state (Supabase Auth).
- Dark mode / light mode theme preferences (`next-themes`).
- CSRF and security token verification.
