You own your website content and search data. You agree only to analyze websites you own or have explicit authorization to audit. Anchorflow provides AI-driven internal link recommendations, and you maintain complete editorial control over which links to approve and publish.
1. Agreement to Terms
By creating an account, browsing useanchorflow.com, or utilizing our API, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you are accepting on behalf of an employer, company, or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have full legal authority to bind that entity.
2. Description of the Service
Anchorflow provides an automated internal linking intelligence platform. The service crawls publicly accessible web pages of designated domains, extracts keyword topical clusters, computes link graphs, and generates contextual anchor text suggestions via proprietary heuristics and artificial intelligence models.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely in accordance with your subscription tier and these Terms.
3. Account Registration & Security
To use Anchorflow, you must create an account by providing an authentic email address and securing your credentials. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us at support@useanchorflow.com of any unauthorized access or security breach.
4. Acceptable Use Policy & Website Authorization
You agree to use Anchorflow strictly for lawful purposes. You represent, warrant, and covenant that:
- Authorization to Crawl: You own or possess explicit administrative authorization from the rightful domain owner to submit, crawl, and analyze any website URL entered into Anchorflow.
- No Denial-of-Service or Crawler Flooding: You will not deliberately overload target web servers, configure aggressive recursion that bypasses rate limits, or disrupt third-party hosting infrastructure.
- No Reverse Engineering: You will not decompile, reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or extract our algorithms, user interface elements, or internal scoring weights.
- No Resale without Permission: You may not white-label, re-sell, or sublicense direct programmatic access to Anchorflow without an enterprise commercial agreement.
5. Subscriptions, Payments & Cancellations
Anchorflow provides free trials and paid recurring subscription tiers (billed monthly or annually) as outlined on our Pricing page.
Billing Processing
All credit card billing is handled securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize automatic recurring charges to your designated payment method until cancellation.
Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel your subscription anytime via your Billing Portal. Upon cancellation, you retain full access until the end of your current paid billing period. We provide a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time paid subscribers upon written request.
6. AI-Generated Suggestions & SEO Ranking Disclaimer
Anchorflow provides algorithmic and AI-based recommendations to assist with internal link building. Search engine ranking algorithms (including Google, Bing, and others) are proprietary, frequently modified, and influenced by thousands of external factors. Anchorflow does not guarantee specific organic ranking improvements, traffic increases, or revenue outcomes.
You retain sole editorial control and discretion. You are responsible for reviewing, verifying, and testing link placements before applying them to your production website.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
Your Content: You retain all intellectual property rights and full ownership of your websites, domains, articles, keywords, and exported internal link structures. We do not claim any ownership over your proprietary material.
Anchorflow Technology: Anchorflow, its software code, interface design, brand identity, logos, and algorithm documentation are protected under copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Anchorflow, its founders, officers, employees, or suppliers be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data, or search rankings, arising out of or related to your use of the service.
Our total aggregate liability under these Terms shall not exceed the greater of $100 USD or the amount paid by you to Anchorflow in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to liability.
9. Termination
You may terminate these Terms at any time by deleting your account and discontinuing use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our Acceptable Use Policy, engage in crawler abuse, or fail to pay subscription invoices after notice.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal proceeding shall be brought exclusively in competent courts of jurisdiction, and the parties submit to the personal jurisdiction thereof.
